Roseburg Insulation is a licensed insulation contractor operating in Roseburg, OR and surrounding areas. We provide residential and commercial insulation services including, but not limited to, spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, vapor barrier installation, air sealing, and related services. All services are subject to availability and geographic service area.
All estimates provided by Roseburg Insulation are based on information available at the time of the on-site assessment. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
Final pricing may change if conditions discovered during the work differ materially from what was assessed - for example, hidden moisture damage, structural issues, or pest contamination not visible during the initial walkthrough. If a change in scope arises, we will communicate it to you before proceeding.
Estimates provided verbally or through our website contact form are not binding until confirmed in a written proposal signed by both parties.
Appointments are confirmed by phone or email. We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a rescheduling fee.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, crew availability, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as soon as possible if a scheduled appointment needs to change.
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless alternative payment terms have been agreed to in writing prior to the start of the project. For larger projects, a deposit may be required at the time of scheduling.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of scheduling. Invoices not paid within 30 days of the completion date may be subject to a late fee.
Any disputes regarding an invoice must be raised within 7 days of the invoice date. Failure to raise a dispute within this window constitutes acceptance of the charges.
To allow us to perform our services safely and correctly, you agree to:
Roseburg Insulation stands behind the quality of our installation work. Any warranty terms specific to a job will be stated in the written estimate or project agreement for that job.
Our warranty covers installation workmanship only. It does not cover damage caused by conditions outside our control, including but not limited to flooding, pest activity after the work is completed, structural movement, or modifications made by others to the work area after completion.
Product warranties from manufacturers are separate from our workmanship warranty and are subject to the terms of the respective manufacturer. Information about applicable product warranties is available upon request.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Roseburg Insulation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from services we provide shall not exceed the amount paid to us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
